The Youth Commission for the city of Philadelphia is holding a forum in conjunction with the Office of Mayor Nutter to answer questions about the latest round of budget cuts and its effect on the city’s youth.

The forum will consist of a general discussion facilitated by the Youth Commission followed by a question and answer session with the Mayor.

The event will take place:

The Youth Commission is asking youth advocacy groups and student-run organizations to reserve a table at the Forum to promote their group. The Youth Forum will be a great opportunity to recruit student leaders and build partnerships.

In addition, it would be beneficial to send a representative to join our Youth Forum Planning Committee, which is meeting February 9th at 5pm.
